Introduction
Twenty-six people representing seventeen organizations (including one participant from Thailand) registered for Kim Sbarcea's fun-filled, thought provoking and highly interactive seminar on how to build and sustain communities of practice. The seminar in fact was started and facilitated in a style that Kim uses for all of her communities of practice, and the energy and buzz created were good evidence of how successful that is!
